1. Shipping Destinations & Processing Times
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) usually ships the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges
Orders over $69: Free standard shipping within the USA.
Orders under $69: $9.99 flat-rate shipping.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
United States
FedEx or UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
PO Boxes: USPS Priority Mail (3–8 business days)
APO/FPO: USPS Priority Mail Military Service (4–6 weeks)
International Shipping
Orders are fulfilled through Vinchella’s global logistics centers.
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier capacity, and customs clearance.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Important Notes
Carriers do not deliver on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays observed in the State of Florida and the United States.

5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Vinchella experience. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the return guidelines below.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused products purchased directly from vinchella.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Return a Product
Contact Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return the item in its original packaging, including proof of purchase.
Ship to the address provided by Customer Service.
Items returned without an RMA may experience processing delays.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Vinchella is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund after inspection.

Retail Store Purchases
Products purchased from authorized retailers follow the retailer’s specific return policy.
While these businesses operate independently, we will assist where possible.
6. International Returns
International returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service prior to shipping.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Unauthorized international returns may be rejected or delayed.
